Appeal for house in Lower Stone Close dismissed
A planning inspector has dismissed the appeal against the planning committee's refusal of an application to build a new house in the front garden of 15 Lower Stone Close, Frampton Cotterell. The Inspector concluded that the proposal's design shortcomings and the harm it would cause outweighed its benefits. Local residents had raised concerns and Pat Hockey referred it to the planning committee after officers recommended approval.
